The Muskogee Community Band was formed to provide concerts and programs for the City of Muskogee. The organization is operated for the charitable and educational purposes defined in section 501 © 3 of the Internal Revenue Code. The purpose of this organization includes the raising of funds, purchasing of instruments and supplies and instrument repairs.

Membership

Active Voting Membership will be available for participating band members or individuals affiliated with the community upon payment of annual dues. The right and responsibilities of the members include the following; attending meetings and events organized by the association, serving on committees in nominated positions, and in elected offices. Members may also serve as volunteers at association events. Donor members are also eligible for inclusion in promotional materials as determined by the Executive Board.
